It has been almost 9 years since I have been engaged in a professional world. I have learned so much more than I have ever imagined.

I have started my professional journey working for Boston Partners Plc (Kuriftu Resort) trainee manager in 2014 after I have graduated from Arbaminch University on June 3, 2014, with BA in Tourism Management and MBA Management and Leadership from Leader star and Ashland University.

I have been well experienced in five-star resort Kuriftu resort and spa from trainee manager to Deputy managing director, currently, I’m running my own Travel Agency and General Manager at Nile View Hotel Bahir dar.

I have come a long way to take care of people and business with greater emphasis on human capacity development, service quality, and business excellence.

Not only, am I highly motivated and devoted to the needs of the customer, but I am also very eager to contribute to the success of the hospitality industry as a whole.
